Case Study: Independent retailer, Newbury
WAYS FM received a query from a client around the condition of a customer facing table op which was heavily marked and scored through use over the years.
The leather inlay was heavily marked and scratched, with the client of the opinion that it needed replacing. After receiving some photos and talking with our leather specialist in that area we offered the client an option to refurbish the existing top which represented a saving of 60% vs a replacement.
We managed to complete the repair during working hours, keeping disruption to an absolute minimum and the final result was amazing! It looked as good as new.
