Reactive Maintenance
From boiler repairs to electrical faults and burst pipes, when the unexpected occurs we have dedicated Gas and Electrical engineers on call 24/7, 365 days of the year. Whether it’s a heating, plumbing, or electrical emergency, we aim to get one of our fully trained and accredited Gas Safe and NICEIC Engineers out to the property within the agreed timescales.
Our experienced team will locate the problem and ensure the property is safe as a priority before providing a quote for any repair work. All our engineers are DBS checked and carry full photo ID plus our helpdesk is available 24/7 for Landlords and Letting Agents.
Planned Maintenance
Rental properties like all homes and commercial buildings need regular maintenance, re-decorating, upgrades, or renovations. We pride ourselves on working as a team with Landlords and Letting Agents, always looking at ways to increase the value of the asset and ensure the property looks its best for existing renters or attracting new tenants.
As part of our planned maintenance program, we perform regulatory checks such as annual boiler servicing, electrical PAT testing, and gas safety certification. We also work with Landlords to ensure properties meet a minimum EPC rating of ‘E’.
